After having finished Project: MechGuard for the time being, I have started to work on a new project;
The Pleasant Hotel. Below is a game overview of the game I intend to design.
'The Pleasant Hotel' Overview:
Game Category Type: Horror, Co-op, Puzzle, Survival
Players: 1-6
Objective: Overcome various challenges to escape the hotel and don't get killed by the ghosts.
Synopsis: Amateur ghost hunters plan to stay a week at a vacant hotel with a dark history and hope to investigate the strange happenings reported to have occurred there, only to find that they may not make it through the night. Working together or striking out on your own, Players must navigate numerous obstacles and face a variety of challenges to make their escape from 'The Pleasant Hotel', all the while having to avoid its malevolent denizens if they wish to make it out alive.
Inspirations: The Hotel Overlook (The Shining), Sea View Hotel (At Dead of Night), Terror Hotel (Escape the Backrooms), Dread Hunger and the Bunker (Amnesia: The Bunker).
